SHIPPING INFORMATION
NZ Post is our primary courier. Please note, delivery times are estimates and should only be used as a general guide. Once your parcel leaves our location, there may be delays beyond our control. For more information on international shipping, click here.
We ship to NZ, Australia, the US, and select international countries. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from Gisborne, New Zealand, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from Gisborne, NZ, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location, and may incur additional taxes, duties, and fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your total purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees applied to international shipments. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@fonduswim.com.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at hello@fonduswim.com with your order number within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders, and we are unable to make manual changes to discount codes.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe, secure delivery address and to enter shipping details accurately. We cannot refund or replace orders due to incorrect addresses, lost, or stolen packages. Once proof of delivery is received, we are not liable for lost packages; however, if you experience any issues, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help locate your parcel. If you're shipping to an address without a secure location, we recommend requesting a signature for delivery. To do this, please contact hello@fonduswim.com after placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you further.
