We’re happy to offer refunds on full-priced items purchased online within 21 days of your purchase. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the items are in their original condition, unworn, with all packaging included. Once your return has been processed, we’ll refund the full value of the item(s) to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Just a quick note: we’re unable to change card details or refund to a different payment method or person.

After your refund is processed, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note, gift cards and discounted items (including promotional discounts) aren’t eligible for refunds. Please get in touch to initiate an exchange.

In the event an item is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, multiple delivery attempts by the postal service, or a delay in collecting the package from customs or the local post office, a second delivery fee will be applied once the item is returned to us. We'll resend your order promptly upon receiving the returned package.

You, the buyer, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Fondu, the buyer is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays with delivery time.
